I need an experienced audio editor to create a 15-20 minute audio-only podcast.

Requirements:
- Edit video files based on timecode notes from a script
- Perform basic cuts and trims
- Add background music, sound effects, and reduce noise
- Incorporate provided voiceover
- Follow moderately detailed sound design suggestions

Ideal Skills and Experience:
