MP3 Noise Reduction for Clicks & Pops

I'm looking for an audio engineer to remove humming, hissing, clicks and pops from my MP3 recordings. I have more than ten songs that require noise reduction. I also need all the songs to play at the same audio level so when I put it on a CD one is not louder than the other. If there is opportunity to increase the vocals that would be nice too. The ideal candidate for this project should have:

- Proficiency in music editing software.
- Experience with noise reduction.
- A keen ear for detail.
