Need 2 audio files audio to be cleaned

I have 2 files aprox 30 min each. There is alot of noice and distortion in the files. I need them to be properly cleaned, where i can here the voices crystal clear with no echo. It must sound normal. There is adult content in the files as well. The files need to be rendered in the same format as original files I am sending you.
