Need my audio edited

Hi I have a short film project and the audio quality was a bit poor, due to some back ground audio and echo.
There are a total of 24 short clips ranging from 39 seconds to 2 minutes that add up to a total of 37 minutes
I also need it to match the volume and sound of a clip that I tried to edit myself so it is consistent
