Need Someone to create an Audio Book podcast

Our daughter is vision impaired and has difficulty reading. I'd like to hire someone to turn her US history textbook into an audio book for her. Ideally saved as a podcast so she can easily listen to the book as a podcast on her iPhone. I'd like to pay by the chapter. I would provide the chapters of the book in PDF format, you would read then, edit the audio into MP3 format and post the chapters to the podcast you would set up. I would like to have control of the podcast in case we want to add other readers. If successful this could be a 4 year part-time engagement (high school)
