Need an Audio Engineer Wizard to fix a bad voice recording

I recorded an interview through a recording platform, which produces two separate tracks about an hour long. My audio is okay, but unfortunately my guest's audio track is a muffled and of bad quality, because he had a bad microphone. I need an absolute post production audio whizz who can improve on the quality considerably - and I'm not talking just about throwing a "Normalize" effect over the whole thing, the result has to be tangible.
