MoviePy Component for Dialogue Replacement

I'm looking for a MoviePy expert to create a component for me. This component needs to replace dialogue in an MP4 video with new MP3 files at specific timestamps. It's crucial to keep the non-dialogue audio tracks, like background music, untouched.

Requirements:
- Replace dialogues in a given video with provided MP3 files
- Preserve the background music and any other non-dialogue audio
- Handle multiple dialogue replacements in one video
