Modify product video to replace audio content with professional sounding audio content

We have a product demo video that was recorded when an engineer gave a demo of our SAAS software product to a customer. The engineer's audio delivery was not that good since it was a live demo given in a impromptu fashion. I need the entire audio to be replaced with a more professional sounding audio (Indian accent). The sentences need to be understood and then reconstructed in a better way with zero/minimal grammer mistakes.And the new audio should then be read out and synched with the video again. I have provided a 12 minute clip of the product demo video here. The total video length is about 50 minutes.
