Mastering & Cleanup for an Audiobook

Need someone who can clean-up and master an audiobook . The initial recording has 11 chapters, each about 15 minutes long.
I recorded the book myself as my personal charity project. I will distribute it for free. The book is in Russian, I translated it myself.
You will need to clean the silences from extra sounds (like my tongue clicks and swallows), and also master the recording ensuring consistent sound between tracks and comfortable listening experience.
It may help if you understand Russian because you will know what you are working with.
