Manager to bring clients/producers/musicians/engineers and projects for my business 'Cruze Music'

Hi, I'm a Steinberg certified Sound engineer and Music producer with 6 years of experience. I am running a music production business 'Cruze Music' in collaboration with talented artists and technicians. I'm am looking forward to expand my business and scale up, to connect with more talents across the world. For this task, I need someone who can manage and bring in projects that would help my business grow financially. The remuneration I have alotted for this task is 10% per project that is completed (you will be receiving 10% of the total amount that will be received from the client). As we get more clients and complete projects, I will definitely increase the share.
