Make devotional song YouTube ready

Ive recorded the audio for devotional songs. These are raw recordings, without auto tune. Audio sample attached.
I'm looking for audio editing and visual support for making these songs YouTube ready. Visuals to include appropriate imagery, lyrics with meaning. Most of the songs are no more than 3-5 mins, on an average 2 minutes. Initially looking for support with 7 songs. This could be an ongoing assignment of 30 songs per month if it works out.
