Looking for a UGC Creator for tiktok videos in English

Hi I am looking for a UGC creator to record muplitple videos every week for an English Tiktok Channel. I need a professional who has years of on-camera experience and trained voice talent.
You also need to have a great recording setup. ( Good camera and microphone but also good background )
The tiktok's theme is about Horror and mysterious stories.
The video script will be in english so I am looking for someone who speaks fluently the language.
This would be for a tiktok account and I am planning to do video of +- 1min long.
Since I am planning on working on a fixed price, I would like to know what would be your pricing per video of +-1min long ?
