Looking for a Podcast Editor

I need an editor for an audio horror/true crime themed podcast.

I'm looking to form a lasting relationship with someone that understands my brand, its requirements, has a love for horror/true crime media (books, movies, shows, video games, etc..) and knows how to construct a narrative out of a potentially scattered audio recording.

The editor must be able to:
- master and edit audio for podcast listening in under a week
- have a strong understanding of the English language, American culture and humor, and love the horror/true crime genre
- create an intro and outro for each show
- suggest ways to better utilize the content
- incorporate some unconventional ideas
- also, when the podcast scales,the content will include video. So video editing experience in the future may also be needed. The rate and requirements will be subject to renegotiation.

I can offer $50 an episode initially, and $100 an episode after the podcast is properly monetized.

I want to personally vet and talk to each potential editor before offering an audio sample to edit. Looking forward to working with you!
