Local in person NYC audiovisual tech set up person for Town Hall event Dec. 17 afternoon

I am looking for a freelancer with previous experience in audiovisual tech setup for live events to assist with a Town Hall event in NYC on December 17th afternoon.
Responsibilities:
- Set up both projectors/screens and sound system for the event
- Ensure all audiovisual equipment is functioning properly before the event starts
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in audiovisual tech setup for live events
- Knowledge of various audiovisual equipment, including projectors/screens and sound systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with event organizers and provide support as needed
