I run frequent phone meetings—never longer than thirty minutes—via a standard mobile line. During each call you will be patched in so you can capture every single utterance in real time. Ums, stutters, false starts, overlapping speech—I need it all, exactly as spoken, streamed straight into a shared Google Docs file so I can skim the text while I’m still on the phone.
The workflow is simple:
• Join the call from the outset and begin typing immediately at a minimum of 80 wpm.
• Keep the Google Doc visible to me throughout the session; I rely on your live feed to flag action items on the fly.
• If network or technical constraints ever prevent a live stream, deliver the full verbatim transcript to my inbox within five minutes of hang-up, no exceptions.
To succeed you should already be comfortable monitoring live audio, differentiating speakers on a mobile line, and formatting dialogue clearly for quick scanning. Absolute accuracy and strict confidentiality are non-negotiable; the material discussed is often sensitive. A direct dial-in bridge or recording setup on your side is a bonus, but not required as long as you can hear the conversation cleanly and stay in sync with us.
