Live Sound Technician for Concert
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of an experienced sound technician to take care of the audio needs for a live soft launch concert at a rehearsal facility to about 50-60 people in the deep ellum, Dallas area.
No equipment is needed as it is already provided and set up. 4 monitor, 2 iem, 1 sub, 2 main tower foh on a presonus 32sc.
I’m in the band soft launching and would rather focus there instead of split with running sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ring out monitors beforehand
- Ensure sound quality is at its peak throughout the event.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the concert.
- Work closely with the event organizers to understand the requirements and deliver accordingly.
Budget for 4 hours of time: $350
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a live sound technician, particularly for concerts.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio equipment and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to the needs of the event and communicate effectively with the event organizers to meet their expectations.
