Life Celebration Videographer Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m hosting a celebration of life for my mom on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Presidio in San Francisco, and I’d like a compassionate professional to film the afternoon.
What I’m looking for
Throughout the event I’d like a balanced mix of candid moments and a few composed shots so the final piece feels warm yet polished. The must-capture elements are the speeches and tributes, along with the genuine interactions that unfold before and after each one. Other than that, just let the day guide you—natural, unobtrusive coverage is key.
Editing approach
Afterward, please craft a simple, clean edit without flashy effects: natural color, clear audio, thoughtful pacing, and a tasteful title card with my mom’s name and dates. Think of something that can be shared online with family who can’t attend.
Deliverables
• Edited video (roughly 10–15 minutes, 1080p or higher)
• Separate high-quality audio files of the speeches
• All raw footage provided via drive or download link
On-site needs
Stable shots and clear sound matter to me, so plan on bringing a tripod or gimbal and reliable lav or shotgun mics. The space is mostly indoors with large windows, so expect mixed lighting.
