Legal Audio Cleanup & Analysis

I need professional help with audio recordings for legal purposes.

Requirements:
- Clean audio to remove background noise, echoes, or disruptions (ambient noise, speech from others, mechanical sounds).
- Detailed analysis to clarify conversation context, specific keywords, phrases, and names.
- Timestamps for each speaker's turn.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
- Experience with legal audio analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

There are people whispering and far away from the microphone and I need those voices enhanced and not removed. Those voices are extremely important for this analysis and clarification. They are easy to lose when you when denoising the audio, please enhance the whispering and voices far from the microphone. Also one voice sounds like it distorted or like someone is using a voice changer. Please do not remove that voice as it can be mistaken as distortion. That voice is not distortion that specific voice is crucial for the analysis and clarification. I have submitted 2 10 minute recordings, the are both from the same recording and labeled by the day the recording is from and minutes they are on the full recording.. I have a 5 hour recording these 2 ten minute clips are very important.

I also have another audio that is 19hours long recording and I want that recording analyzed and clarified as well, this recording has the same voice on this one that sounds like a voice changer or distortion.
Need voice recognition on both recordings to clarify if the same people are on both audio recordings. The 19hr recording is from 6/2/2021 and the 5hr recording is from 1/17/2025
I also included a voicemail that talk less than 1 minute long that I need analyzed and clarified as well. On this voicemail there is a voice that sounds like a distortion but that is a voice changer. I need that specifically analyzed and clarified.
