Interviewer for Scripted Candidate Calls
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a short list of fewer than ten candidates who all need quick, phone-based interviews during U.S. business hours. Each call should run no longer than 5–10 minutes. I will supply the full script, an interview log template, and the phone numbers.
Your assignment is straightforward:
• Place the VOIP call, follow the script word-for-word, and keep the tone friendly yet professional.
• Capture every answer verbatim in the log, adding brief notes on voice confidence or red flags when relevant.
• Submit the completed log to me after each call so I can keep the hiring pipeline moving in real time.
Strong English pronunciation, dependable connectivity, and familiarity with common VOIP tools (Skype, Zoom Phone, Google Voice, etc.) are essential. Previous experience in recruiting support will be a plus because it helps you keep the conversation on track and the records tidy.
A call is considered complete only when the script is fully covered, the answers are recorded accurately, and the log is updated in the shared sheet.
