I’m developing a long-form “Human Excellence” video series, and each episode runs 20–30 minutes. I need a researcher–scriptwriter who can dive deep into professional development with a spotlight on leadership and management, then craft a clear, conversational narrative that keeps viewers engaged from intro to sign-off.

Here’s how I see the workflow:
1. Research the chosen leadership or management theme, pulling recent studies, relevant case examples, and memorable anecdotes.
2. Present a concise outline so I can confirm flow and segment timing.
3. Expand that outline into a polished script (≈3,000–3,800 words) written in an approachable, story-driven voice—no corporate jargon, just practical insight the audience can act on.
4. Include call-outs for on-screen graphics or B-roll suggestions where they naturally fit.

Acceptance criteria
• Evidence-based content with at least five cited sources
• Logical segment breaks every 3–4 minutes
• Conversational tone maintained throughout
• Final file delivered in editable Word or Google Doc format
