Hip-hop/R&B Music Producer and Audio Engineer Needed

Pex Life Records is seeking an experienced and talented hip-hop/R&B music producer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Requirements:
- Composing, producing, and uploading 3 original beats daily (without the use of any samples)
- Communicating daily with the founder and manager through chat/email
- Mixing and mastering daily to commercial and technical satisfaction
- Following our specific naming conventions for the beats and stems
- Uploading screen recordings of the work done
- Collaborating with our founder Wilmarck to develop complete songs
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in hip-hop production
- Experimenting with new sounds and production methods
- Ensuring all musical elements are high-quality and cohesive
- Meeting deadlines and delivering tracks on time
- Sending invoices/receipts to the Founder for each pay cycle

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience producing professional-quality hip-hop/R&B music
- Strong skills in beat-making, arrangement, mixing/mastering, & composition
- Proficiency with digital audio workstations like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, etc.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a creative team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for hip-hop culture and a deep knowledge of the genre.
- Additional experience producing in other genres (Pop. Rock, Electronic, etc.) will be highly considered

This is a full-time, remote position. PTO & sick leave policies are included.
