Fix my audio

I have an audio file that got damaged because my lab mic was rustling against my clothing. I want to see if someone can fix it so that I can still use the audio. Please could you take a look at the sample and listen out for the rustling and let me know if you can fix this. Better yes please send a sample of what the fixed audio could sound like.
