Fix My Audio

I have 2 audio clips that were recorded differently and need to be matched to the clip that sounds good. Clip 1 is the first part of the whole thing but for some reason the recorded was messed up and didn't record it on clip 2. Clip 2 is the better version. Need clip 1 to match that.
