Extract specific audio

I want to hire someone to take a audio recording of my dad singing a song in the background of a video out and add it to the musical of the song so I can have a recording of just my dad singing the song. It’s from a video at a party so there’s a lot of background noise and of course the actual song is playing so you can hear Garth Brooks singing as well as my dad. It’s clearly not something I can do myself. Is that something you or anyone you know would be interested in doing. My dad just died suddenly and it’s the only thing we have of my dad singing so I can’t just get him to record anything clearer. The song is The Dance by Garth Brooks
