I conducted a phone interview, and the interviewee's portion is very faint. I need her voice to be as loud as my voice.
The original recording is a .WAV file. My goal is to have the interview balanced so we're equally loud. I'm not sure if there is a particular frequency range that needs to be limited for this. The file is 49 MB, so it exceeds Freelancer's upload capacity, but I can send it to you.
