English to Hebrew Voiceover Translation/Recording

We are looking for someone to translate and record an existing video from English to Hebrew. This is a four minute video that talks about assistive listening and our infrared technology. This individual would be able to translate the closed captions from English to Hebrew and then possibly record a voiceover in Hebrew that we could then place over the existing video.
