Edit my Podcast!

I am looking for someone to edit my podcast, "Walk Your Own Way". I currently use Descript although I have used Reaper in the past and prefer someone with a great attitude and talent for creating quality audio who can edit in these programs so I may have a copy of the file. I have the intro/outro music and audio available. I would like to remove repetitive ums/uhs/likes, stutters, or long silences in the podcast. The episodes have been around 30min+ on average.
