Documentary about dance, music, singing and acting

Need help writing a documentary about the arts. I currently have an idea | concept for it. This documentary would include interviews from street dancers, ballet dancers, jazz dancers, singers and musicians. As this is my first time attempting this type of project; your familiarity with writing/creating a documentary would aide in the start and completion of this project.
