Dobly Atmos Surround Sound Rendering - Adding Test Tone to Current Video -- 2

We need a dolby atmos audio track to match our current video.
The project is simple for anyone with the software.
We simple want male voice or cool computer voice in the frequency range of 200-300hz saying each speaker location.
The video shows each speaker and when the speaker blue wave starts the voice would start.
For example Left speaker highlights> bluewave starts> voice says LEFT SPEAKER!
(Optional) Second part if price was right would be to do a high energy tech song / track at each speaker going around the room and big bass when it reach the subwoofers.
