Create a clear audio track

Can you help me clear the background noise in this recording? Any guidance to clean and edit recordings in the future would also be appreciated. I am looking for a streamlined way to take my voice, add background music and play with the sound for future projects. Would love your help cleaning this one up in the meantime. Thanks!
