Create Software Tutorial Videos Remotely

I run an online education channel and I’m expanding my library of hands-on tutorials covering WordPress, Monday.com, Wix and Shopify. I need complete, start-to-finish video lessons that walk viewers through real-world tasks on these platforms.

You’ll screen-record your workflow, narrate clearly in English, and edit the footage into polished, chaptered videos ready for upload. Because the topic is software/tech, please highlight practical tips, shortcuts and troubleshooting steps rather than vague overviews. HD (1080p) resolution, balanced audio and on-screen callouts are a must.

Deliverables
• Finished tutorial video(s) in MP4, 1080p
• Source project files (raw screen capture, audio, editable project)
• Concise outline or timestamps for each major section

Acceptance criteria
• Every step is visible, audible and reproducible on a fresh install of the platform shown
• No background noise or blurry text
• Intro and outro kept under 15 seconds each

I’m Darrel Wilson, founder of DarrelWilson.com. We’re expanding our content team and looking for UGC-style creators who want to become a long-term face of the brand and help us grow into new topics.


This is not a one-off gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand, take on more responsibility over time, and potentially play a key role in the future of the channel.


Your Main Responsibilities


- Researching assigned topics (WordPress, website builders, hosting, AI tools, online business, etc.)
- Writing simple video scripts or outlines
- Recording videos (camera + screen recording — your face will appear in parts of the video)
- Performing basic video edits (no advanced editing experience required)
- Responding to comments on videos you publish
- Basic Video Editing


Who We’re Looking For


We’re looking for a dedicated content creator who can explain technical or complex topics in a clear, beginner-friendly way.


You should:

Fluent in engish and MUST have American Accent
Speak clearly and confidently
Make Strongly Prefered
Learn new software and platforms quickly
Be comfortable working independently
Manage your own time and deadlines effectively
Previous experience creating videos is not required, but it’s a plus.
Video editing experience is not required, but helpful.
Knowledge of WordPress, websites, SEO, eCommerce, or online marketing is a bonus, not a requirement.

What matters most is your ability to research topics, explain them clearly, and stay consistent.

Our focus is creating useful, easy-to-follow videos that help viewers get results fast.
You’ll work independently on your own videos and have flexibility in how you structure your workday. We are a fully remote team, so you can work from anywhere.


You’ll work directly with me and receive step-by-step guidance from an experienced YouTuber with over 6+ years of full-time YouTube experience. You’ll be trained on our content style, structure, and expectations until you’re confident producing videos on your own.


All videos you create will be published on the Darrel Wilson YouTube channel.
