Cloud, audio, programmer

I just need to have someone create and manage a cloud page for my books audio. This cloud page will have two audios. I was in a horrific car accident and my voice changed. I would like to having a audio with just me talking and because some people have a hard time understanding me I will have a computerized version with me saying a few words every now and then. I also want icons (I guess) that will open up to whatever stated. I would like different types of music which be stated on 5je icon and when clicked on will then be opened up to the music video (which you can get off of utule.).
