Clean up audio recording

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help clean up an audio recording that is less than 10 minutes long. The main issues with the audio are both background noise and distorted sound that need to be addressed.
Trying to find out if my partner is cheating. I have an audio recording that has whispers, mumbles and other sounds I would like enhanced. Looking for someone who can remove the background noise and enhance the voice and add clarity to the recording
