Clean up audio in a 5 minute conversation and transcribe ONLY the man side of the conversation

I am looking for someone to help me with a project to clean up audio in a 5 minute conversation and transcribe only the man side of the conversation. The audio file is somewhat muffled or distorted, so I need someone with experience in voice clarity enhancement to help clean it up. I do not require timestamps in the transcription. The focus of the cleanup process should be on voice clarity enhancement. Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
