Clean up Bad Audio Recordings

I have some recordings from a private source using a low grade recorder that need cleaned up. There are multiple recordings that need cleaned up so we can get clips to use.

I will supply one audio clip to sample to make sure you are able to get things cleaned up prior to sending all recordings.
