We’re looking for a talented and reliable video editor to create engaging short-form clips from our YouTube channel Crux Media

Our channel focuses on Christian discussions, theology, and thought-provoking faith topics. We need someone who can pull out powerful, inspiring, or insightful moments from our long-form episodes and turn them into vertical clips (30–90 seconds) ready for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Here is what I need from you:
• 5 finished MP4 files every week, delivered by Friday.
• 9:16 aspect ratio (1080 × 1920) so they qualify as YouTube Shorts.
• Simple cuts and light transitions only—trim silences, tighten pacing, add a gentle fade when it feels natural.
• Basic audio balancing so voice is clear.
• An unobtrusive lower-third or on-screen text with the Bible verse reference (optional, yet appreciated).
• Each video under 60 seconds and named after its verse.
You will be in charge of uploading the clips directrly to youtube. Once all ten edits meet the above points I’ll release the $50 monday milestone.
