Cctv audio adjusting. Loud interference and need to hear the conversation in the far background which is really quiet

I need someone to help me adjust audio recordings from CCTV cameras. I have access to the original audio files, which are in Mp4 format, though the image is not important because the cameras were face down and not set up correctly. There is loud interference, so adjustments need to be made in order to hear the far background conversations, which are really quiet. I would require assistance with 1-3 audio recordings.
