Car Audio Sound Engineer -- 2

I have a BMW 2012 320d. I have just had a system installed by a franchise company. I am very unhappy with the result. I would like an expert to tune my car stereo. I have a new Apple Car Play (wireless and wired) head unit. Off that I am running a VX1000/5i JL Audio Amp. I am running Focal ES100k components in the front. In the rear I’m running COAXIAL - AUDISON Prima - APBMW X4E. Then I'm the boot I have the JL AUDIO HO112-W6v3 Ported 12W6, I am very unhappy with the install. This system should be thumping and clean. Please help!
