Beginner Band Singing Coaching
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am getting ready for my first ever performance with a live band and need a patient vocal coach who can guide me from square one. I am a complete beginner, but I am determined to step on stage with confidence.
Here is what I want to concentrate on.
• Solid vocal technique that suits gritty Rock, soulful Country, and expressive Blues.
• Proper microphone handling—everything from hand placement to managing proximity effect and feedback.
• Training my ear to catch band cues, stay on pitch, and lock in with the rhythm section.
Most sessions will focus on practical, performance-oriented drills rather than theory alone. If you can simulate or join a live-band setting—whether through backing tracks, a rehearsal studio setup, or virtual band software—that would be ideal.
Deliverables
1. A structured lesson plan tailored to my current beginner level, clearly showing how we will progress toward live performance readiness.
2. Weekly feedback recordings or notes so I can hear and track improvements.
3. A final run-through session that mimics a real gig environment, complete with mic, monitors, and song transitions.
If you have experience coaching first-time singers onto the stage and can work comfortably within Rock, Country, and Blues styles, I’d love to hear how you would approach this journey with me.
