Automatically create sound and vision videos from scripts

I need assistance in creating a daily sound and vision videos from scripts. The main goal of these videos is to inform viewers (YouTube and other media outlets). I know AI can create such videos (SORA) but without sound and then it becomes almost impossible to lip-sync the audio to the visual. Initially the videos would be based on my forex trading where I'm hoping I can draft a script of what I do each morning when maintaining my portfolio from which I can automatically convert that into a sound and vision video for publication. I see the solution being an extension of a SORA like service.

Audio Elements:
- The videos will require voiceover narration. Therefore, skills in audio editing and voiceover production are a plus.
