Autodial Campaign Setup -- 2

I need an autodial campaign configured. Key requirements include:

- When a client answers the call:
- Call connects and shows on agent's interface as "Live Call ON" (similar to autodial).
- Plays selected audio simultaneously while transferring the call to the agent. The Agent microphone should be muted during playback.

- After the audio:
- If the agent presses "1", play Audio 2.
- Transfer the call to an available agent for pickup.

Additional Requirements:
- Should work with AMD and non-AMD.
- Audio format to be determined (MP3, WAV, OGG).
