Audio file background sound clean

I'm looking for an experienced audio engineer to clean a longer than 10 minute audio file containing ambient sound. Specifically, I need the engineer to use noise reduction protocols to clean up the sound file. If you have experience with removing hum and reverb, that would be a plus but what I'm mainly looking for is someone with expertise in noise reduction techniques.
