Audio enhancement

I'm looking for someone with a keen ear and a lot of experience in audio enhancement to help me out with an audio project. I need someone to help with volume leveling of a video file that's two minutes long. I need vocals enhanced and background noise lowered. Specifically, I’m looking for clear vocals from the bride and groom and their wedding party. It doesn't matter what format the finished audio file is in as I don't have any particular preference.
