Audio editor for wedding video

We received our wedding video recently and during our vows, there is a lot of crackling noises picked up by the mic and also a baby crying in the background quite loudly which means you can't really hear our vows. Looking for the sound to be improved so the baby crying is reduced and you can hear us more clearly.
