Audio comparing from background noise

I have two audio files, in the first audio a person is speaking and there is background noise from a instrument(that person is near to the instrument's sound). In the second audio, the same person is speaking but different location from the source of the instrument sound. Now I would like to compare how much difference between the two audio from the instrument background noise, basically, I need proof that the second audio is much better than the first audio(in terms of the data, table, figures, graph, etc).
