Audio cleanup/noise reduction/voice isolation

I have a VERY important and delicate audio file that needs expert care as it contains extremely delicate content. The file is about 10 min long, I have tried with audition on my own (I'll send original files however) and I can only get so far but it's def possible in an experts hands, at least I'm very hopeful. I can send file after initial chat please only experts with removing background , enhancing whispers, and isolation of voices etc.
