Audio and Video Isolation with Edits, Text Inserts.

I have four short video clips under 40 seconds and three pictures, that need a precise punch-in on a very small on-screen detail—no extra VFX, just a smooth, steady zoom that holds focus on that element for the full duration. After the visual crop is set, I will want to add some text to point out a couple things happening in the frame such as:
-Light Movement
-Cat movement
-Audio elements
-Repeating a clip with a highlight of an area.
There is a SPEC available for your review prior to accepting the job. Please review it as you must understand it completely and check your work before submitting for each milestone. I am on a tight deadline.
I will probably want each snippet of video repeated one to four times pointing out first: Original, than Video elements, than Audio elements, then Original played again.
I also want the subtle sound hidden beneath the ambient noise isolated and cleaned so it’s crystal clear. When the audio is played I will want some onscreen text describing the sounds being heard.
You’re free to use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, iZotope RX or similar tools; I’m mainly interested in a clean zoom and professional-quality audio filtering. Source files (MP4) are ready to send via WeTransfer, and I’d like to wrap this up within 48 hours if possible.
Deliverables:
• One video with the video clips repeated and analyzed three to one time time with zoomed-in element and text notations files matching the original frame rate and container
• Separate audio stems for three snippets: one with only the isolated sound, one full mix for reference
• A concise note on the settings or workflow you used so I can replicate tweaks later
