Audio Technician Assistance Needed

I am looking for someone to help us set "zones" in Sonos for our speakers in an approx. 7,000 square foot showroom. I recently took over managing the business and did not originally install the equipment, so I am hoping for some assessment of what is currently installed and what additional pieces of equipment we may need (if any) to make the speakers functional in zones groupings so that we can turn the volume higher or lower in certain areas of the showroom. It looks like there are approx. 15 speakers currently in the ceiling that all operate at the same volume level, and I don't think some of them work right now. We will likely need to make some location changes to the speakers as well for better sound quality. Our business is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
