Audio Processing: Voice Recording Enhancement

I have a voice recording of me leaving the house for only a few minutes while my friend and girlfriend are still in the house. There is a tv playing, a little traffic noise going on and a buzzing of an appliance that luckily turns off during the part where questionable intimate sounds are heard while I’m still out of the house. They are being careful and whispering. When I try to open the front door to get back in the house, it’s locked and so when I knock harder it actually startles my girlfriend because they didn’t realize I would be back so soon and sounds like they were in the middle of something.
