Audio Mixing & Dubbing Specialist Needed [urgent requirement]

I'm looking for an audio expert with hands-on experience in dubbing projects. The primary task involves mixing and dubbing a 5 to 30-minute audio piece into Hindi.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in audio mixing and dubbing
- Proficiency in tools like Audacity
- Ability to deliver high-quality audio
- Experience with audio projects, preferably radio
- Native-level understanding of Hindi for accurate dubbing

Instructions:
You are given a set of audio files (short audio files ).
You need to combine all the audio files into 1 single audio file (final audio, FA)
There are time stamps for every audio file and there is sequence attached to them
Eg: hi_5_0.26.mp3
Here hi_{5th clip}_{clip to end at 26th second}.mp3
You should make sure that the short audio file is of the same interval. I.e, the short audio file starts and ends at the correct interval . (ref example 1).
The resultant audio file must be clear and must be reviewed thoroughly before submitting.
The final audio requires a change in pitch and bass so that it looks professional
Example 1: consider the following
Audio 1 (A1): hi_0_0.04.mp3 → this audio file is of 6 seconds length
Audio 2 (A2): hi_1_0.08.mp3 → this audio file is of 8 seconds length
A1 -> you must increase the speed such that it fits in 4 seconds, Here you can see that though the length is 6 seconds it must be fitted into four secs.
A2 -> you must fit it into 4 seconds because A2 - A1 = 4 seconds (0.08-0.04=0.04).
Note: this is a dubbing experiment it must be carried out to make sure it matches the timestamps
